1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or leaked product received

  • Product missing from your order

  • Packaging severely damaged at the time of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products purchased during special sale or promotional offers

  • Free gifts, combos, and samples

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@janma.in or WhatsApp at +91 77700 59288

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photo/video proof of damage or issue

Once verified, we will process replacement or refund.

4. Refund Timelines

Refunds (where applicable) are issued as:

  • Source refund (to original payment mode), or

  • Store credit

Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if:

  • It has not been shipped yet

  • Cancellation request is made within 4 hours of purchase

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.
