A note on honesty
SPF is an indicative measure, not an absolute promise. Because skin is individual and no two labs are identical, tested results carry a natural variation of about ±17%. We test rigorously to globally accepted standards — and we'd rather tell you that than pretend one number fits everyone.
Methodology: SPF measured in-vivo on a human panel per ISO 24444:2010; UVA protection factor and critical wavelength measured in-vitro per ISO 24443:2012. Tolerance assessed by dermatologist grading over 8 weeks. Results are study averages and may vary with application amount (2 mg/cm²) and reapplication.
