Shipping Policy

At janma.in, we ensure safe, quick, and reliable delivery of all orders.

1. Dispatch Time

• Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed next working day

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery window:

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days

• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 working days

• Remote locations: 7–10 working days

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above a specific value (can be added later)

• Standard shipping charges apply for COD (if COD is enabled)

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking link on SMS/Email/WhatsApp

• Delivery updates will be shared automatically

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make 2–3 attempts before returning the package to us.

6. Incorrect Address

If the address provided is incorrect:

• Delivery may fail

• Additional charges may apply for re-shipping

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India.
