In testing, the balm helped visibly reduce the look of diaper-area redness and supported the skin's natural barrier — strengthening its everyday defenses against moisture loss and irritation.
In laboratory testing, the formula increased expression of Keratin-10 and Filaggrin (markers of healthy skin-barrier formation) and decreased Keratin-16 and Ki67 — consistent with normalised skin-cell renewal.
In a capsaicin-induced irritation test (n=10), the formula showed an anti-irritation effect comparable to a hydrocortisone benchmark over 1–3 days.
